Self-Perception Worksheet

  • What are you appreciative of?
  • What gives you joy in your life right now?
  • What gives you pleasure in your life right now?
  • What comforts you in your life right now?
  • What excites you and makes you feel alive in your life right now?
  • What makes you feel goodin your life right now?
  • Where in your life can you throw back your head and laugh?
  • What do you want to be remembered for?
  • What do you respond best to in others?
  • What do you prize, and what does that say about your values?
  • What do you enjoy and what does that say about your values?
  • What do you love and what does that say about your values?
  • What is your favourite film and what does that say about your values?
  • What is your favourite book and what does that sya about your values?
  • Who do you love and why?
  • Who do you want to be like, and why?
  • Whose advice do you take and why?
  • Who do you listen to, and why?
  • Who is your role model -what do you like about him/her? How are you like your role model and how different are you from him/her?
  • What magazine do you like and what does that say about the environment you like to be immersed in?
  • What do you like to do in your leisure time and what does that say about your self-expression/role/rewards?
  • What motto would you use to title your life story?

Be honest in your responses as this is a private issue and need to be shared with others unless you desire so.
